We are pleased to share that AgriProAct has achieved Milestone MSA1: Governance Operational.

This milestone confirms that the project’s core management and coordination framework is now in place. The Consortium Agreement has been signed, the Kick-off Meeting has been completed and documented, and the main governance and coordination tools are operational.

This is an important first step for the project, as it provides the structure needed for effective collaboration, clear responsibilities, coordinated decision-making, and day-to-day project management.

With the governance framework now established, the consortium can move forward on a solid basis with the technical, stakeholder-engagement, and communication activities of the project.

AgriProAct continues to work towards data-driven and AI-enabled agro-meteorological decision support for more resilient and informed agricultural management.
